Baltaş İnşaat, the contractor of the first phase of the 50 thousand house project, which is planned to be built in Gaziantep by Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality and whose foundations were laid recently, has started its work. Baltaş İnşaat, which previously made 200,000 people homeowners, will build 638 houses in the Güzelyurt region in the first phase of the project.
Baltaş, affiliated with MB Holding, one of the leading companies in Gaziantep’s sector, is signing another important project. The company, which won the 643-House Güzelyurt Mass Housing tender, which is the first phase of the 50 thousand house project initiated by Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality, will deliver the project to the Metropolitan Municipality within approximately 400 days.
Baltaş İnşaat, which undertook the tender for the project carried out by the Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Fatma Şahin, started its work in the Güzelyurt region, which is located on 23 decares of land and has a closed construction area of 90,000 m2. Approximately 2,500 people will have homes in the project, which includes 643 residences, 11 shops, a wedding hall, a market, playgrounds and children’s playgrounds. In this way, low-income citizens will have a comfortable living environment as homeowners.
The holding, which has previously undertaken the construction of projects such as Gaziantep Şehitkamil Mass Housing, Gaziantep Şahinbey Mass Housing, Gaziantep Merveşehir Mass Housing, Elazığ Hilalkent Mass Housing, Istanbul Tuzla Mass Housing and Istanbul Kayabaşı Mass Housing, will again put its signature to a social living space project with this project.
